I found this awesome quote in my wife's magazine that was advertisement for a company that makes cell phones. I loved it so much that I had to use it a journal entry. Too bad it was an advertising.
I guess after a while the source of the message will fade, but what you did here will not. Love how the background you constructed enhances the words on both sides of the piece, and the jumpsuited lady with the sun head...you definitely rose to the challenge of transporting what you saw in that magazine to another place.
Thank you so much. I want people to read that quote in a context that they are not being bombarded with advertising. Seriously that quote should be read without having a company in your face advertising their product. Just experience that quote and feel encouraged and want to love. That is what I was going for.
Isn't that a great quote? I had no idea what to do with it, all I knew is that I needed to create art out of it. You know that was used as an ad for a cell phone maker company. I was so disappointed to see such a wonderful quote being pimped as an advertisement. NOT IF I CAN HELP IT! NO WAY! That is art. and I'll use it as such.
